4SmartPro LLC. started by Festus and Emily Smart while they were living in Dallas, Texas. Started over 11 years ago providing Homes and Commercials improvement. Cleanings & Janitorial, Water Damage Restoration, Floor caring, stripping, buffing, waxing, and sealing., Interior & Exterior Painting, Roofing, Concrete Work, and replacement, along with Chemical use which includes Lead Removal and Repairing.
After having their first child, they moved back to Vermont and brought the business with them. They have now been in Vermont for over (7) Seven years, where they have continued their original work, but have also expanded their scope of work in roofing and repairing by subcontracting heavy tasks through partnership.
The company has a Lead Training Certificate and license to provide lead painting services.
4SmartPro LLC.’s services have primarily been in Caledonia County, but recently, they have moved services towards the Washington and Chittenden Counties, which is where they are planning to base their company soon.
One of the owners, Festus Smart is originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa, and Emily Ruth Smart is a Vermont born and raised. 4SmartPro LLC. has a focus on helping new immigrants who have relocated to Vermont find stable employment, and to make that stable employment more accessible to them. Festus has been volunteering with some youth who are involved with the non-profit, ALLV, which is located in Burlington, Vermont, and has built up some strong connections within the Chittenden County community already.
